We got in touch with Emma after starting to plan our at home wedding. Though we had already sourced our suppliers and had a clear vision of how we wanted our day, it was clear we needed some help with on the day organisation and structure. We had a chat with Emma and felt a huge weight lifted as soon as we spoke - her 'absolutely can do' and 'we will make it work' attitude was exactly what we needed.
We caught up over the phone, Emma visited the house to go through everything visually, answered all of our stressed out texts with questions and queries, and got together a mini team to make our day nothing other than perfect. On the day we had Emma, Becca and Millie and we can honestly say they made the day run so smooth and are such lovely people. They were the ultimate dream team, organising everything, making sure everyone had drinks, making sure the glassware was clean, staying so calm and collected at all times... the list is never ending.. just fabulous!
A summer wedding in England outdoors is never going to guarantee sunshine, but we were extremely lucky with no rain, and Emma fully embraced the 25 mph winds which made nothing easy, but it still looked absolutely perfect.
Everyone was so impressed, we were so thankful for the three of you. What an amazing business. To anyone who needs any kind of wedding planning or organisation help, team Emma Jordan Weddings are truly amazing. Girls - we couldn't have done it without you!! Wow, wow, WOW! We love Emma! We are British and our wedding was in the UK but we live in Australia and both have really busy jobs, and I honestly don’t think we could have done it without her. It was like having a super organised best mate sort all our random wedding thoughts and ideas and WhatsApp messages into a real plan. She recommended other excellent suppliers, did site visits, kept us updated, chased caterers, called DJs, and made the venue look STUNNING. On the day she co-ordinated everything so we could totally switch off, and it meant our wedding party could concentrate on having a great time rather than troubleshooting too. Then the day after she went and cleared up while we just basked in the joy of the day. We can’t recommend her enough! Thank you for everything Emma ☺️☺️☺️

We could not have been happier with Emma and her professionalism. Her attention to detail and ability to tailor our wedding to our specific needs was incredible.
Emma helped us plan a big DIY wedding by recommending suppliers for all aspects of the day and considered all of our needs. Due to circumstances we ended up eloping and Emma came with us to help make the day feel incredibly special, it was more like having a friend come with us in the end.

Emma was a wonderful planner, fixer and friend for us when we got married in Tynemouth. She was really sensitive to the type of day we wanted, and extremely responsive in getting everything organised in good time - she also knows so many fantastic vendors, especially for the little things you don’t even know you need (decorations, PA system, generators, the lot). The day itself ran perfectly because she was there to make sure it did. With the benefit of hindsight I don’t think we would have had nearly as good a day or as relaxed a lead up to it without her, and would recommend her to any couple without hesitation. Thank you so much Emma. You are a superstar.

Emma planned our Italian dream for us on the
24.05.23. She went above and beyond to find exactly what my self and Andy had asked for, she sourced out companies in Italy and provided us with the most memorable, magical day we could have ever dreamed of.

Without Emma I don’t think our wedding would’ve happened! Or at least not on the scale it did. After booking our key vendors we panicked that we didn’t know what to do next so I reached out to Emma and she was just what we needed to continue things along.
She’s super friendly and always on hand to offer advice or suggestions. She helped source things for us and make our ideas reality. Her extensive knowledge also helped to make sure we didn’t make bad decisions or pick things we’d regret. Her insight was invaluable.
The day before the wedding we went to the venue to set stuff up ahead of Emma coming on the day. I wrote a list of things that needed finishing off before the ceremony began. She messaged back saying it would be sorted and not to worry. I knew instantly she meant it, and Saturday morning wedding prep felt so relaxing knowing everything at the venue was all taken care of. Lots of people commented on how calm things were at the house getting ready and that’s definitely thanks to Emma being on hand at the venue!
When we left the venue on Friday evening it felt very half finished, so it felt incredible to walk in on Saturday and see the final product. It was everything we had hoped for! She was on hand all day to make sure things went ahead without a hitch, and was great at quietly adapting the original plan to keep things going smoothly when any hiccups occurred.
If you’re on the fence about a wedding planner, I’d 100% recommend it and cannot recommend Emma more highly. I’m not sure if I would’ve been a bridezilla without her, but with her it meant there was not even the tiniest chance! She’s also just great to chat to, about wedding and non-wedding topics!

Emma is without a doubt the most amazing wedding planner and if you’re looking for help in building your wedding please please please look no further. We were building our marquee wedding from scratch in my parents garden which meant that we had to think of absolutely everything as nothing like this had ever been done in this location before. Emma knew suppliers, has the eye for the details, helped us problem solve (which as you can imagine, there were a few) and then worked her little socks off all day long into the early hours of the morning to support Jack and I. Our guests loved her, she got stuck in with the party but maintained everything being ship shape. She honestly is just an absolute trooper and from that initial point when we asked for her help we really become a team and I felt as though I was her only customer and only bride. I have no idea how she does it but I would always get a response with solutions or suggestions in a matter of hours - the girl does not sleep!!! 😂😂 We absolutely love you emma, thank you so much and for recruiting grandad alan to look for the missing golden teaspoon

Emma was literally our rock during the whole planning process. Even after a number of Covid related bumps in the road she didn’t seemed phased and just came up with solutions to the problem. Emma listens to what you want as a couple and does everything she can to bring that vision to life. She works so so hard and completely takes the pressure off you in anyway you need. Most importantly Emma is such a gorgeous person and you literally feel like she is your best mate by the end of the wedding. Can’t recommend her enough. The best decision we made.
