Meet Emma
Founder of EJW + the planner behind the party!
I’m Emma, founder of Emma Jordan Weddings - a design-led wedding planning studio for couples who want their day to feel considered, confident and completely them.

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all weddings. I believe in thoughtful detail, clear decision-making, and creating celebrations that feel effortless to experience even if there’s a lot happening behind the scenes.

At EJW, we take on a limited number of weddings each year so we can offer calm, high-touch planning, trusted supplier guidance and hands-on support from start to finish. Whether you’re planning something bold and immersive or understated and beautifully curated, my role is to make the process feel organised, enjoyable and stress-free.
With over seven years in the industry, I’ve planned everything from large-scale marquee weddings to intimate, at-home celebrations... always with the same focus: thoughtful design, seamless delivery and a wedding that genuinely reflects the couple.

Meet Becca
Lead Wedding Coordinator + Logistics Queen
Becca is our incredible Lead Coordinator at Tyne Bank Brewery, The Exchange 1856 & across private EJW weddings she is the organisational queen who keeps wedding days running seamlessly.
With a calm presence and a meticulous eye for detail, she’s the behind-the-scenes magic that ensures everything flows effortlessly.
Couples love her friendly, down-to-earth energy and her ability to solve problems before they even arise - all while keeping a huge smile on her face.

Becca + Emma have been friends for over 20 years & Becca has recently married in the the Jordan family meaning two besties have now become family. She's the most perfect addition to the EJW team!
